There is a $25 refundable deposit which must be paid when a tenant rents a unit. Upon proper notice of a 20 day written notice to vacate prior to the first day of of the upcoming month and the return of the lock and both keys, a refund will be requested to our CPA who will issue a check to the tenant's most current address that we have knowledge.
